Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team specializing in fence and gate installations. The ideal candidate will assist in site preparation, material handling, installation, and cleanup for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, safety awareness, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction or fence/gate installation preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments
• Comfortable with using tape measures, levels, and power tools
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
• Safety training or OSHA certification is a plus

Work Environment:

• Outdoor job sites in various weather conditions
• Occasional travel to client locations
• Team-based work with opportunities for advancement

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with measuring, leveling, digging, and setting posts
• Install various types of fencing and gate systems
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow site safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Support lead installers and foremen with daily tasks
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction Labor: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
