Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events, and everyday occasions.
- Consult with customers to determine their floral needs and preferences.
- Process transactions using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
