Join Our Team as an RV Sales Consultant!

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through our RV inventory
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right RV for their lifestyle and budget
- Conduct product demonstrations and walk-throughs
- Explain features, benefits, and financing options
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Maintain customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Stay informed about new inventory and RV industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, powersports, or retail sales a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
