Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts and accessories.
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts stock levels
- Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to fulfill orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Maintain detailed records of parts sales, orders, and stock movements.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting automotive parts and accessories to increase sales opportunities.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors to foster positive interactions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of parts, accessories.
- Familiarity with inventory control.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock control.
- Effective negotiation skills combined with customer relationship building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during cashiering duties.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for sales calculations and inventory valuation.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations.
- Dealership experience or prior automotive retail sales background is highly desirable.
