Role Description
Senior level associate to handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related legal issues. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents and settlement agreements, conducting legal research, handling discovery responses, reviewing financial documents, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal advice.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
A minimum of three year to five years of Family Law experience, including strong litigation skills
Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a caseload of family law cases from intake through resolution
Familiarity with local courts and legal practices in Bucks and Montgomery Counties is preferred
