As our team expands, we're seeking a seasoned Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, drive productivity, and ensure our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise day-to-day on-site electrical construction activities.
- Plan, organize, and direct field labor to meet project schedules and production goals.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules, translating them into clear direction for field personnel.
- Ensure all work is installed in compliance with NEC, local codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards.
- Conduct daily jobsite safety and coordination meetings.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades.
- Identify field issues early and work with management to resolve them before impacting schedule or cost.
- Track daily manpower, material usage, and work progress.
- Mentor and train journeymen and apprentices, reinforcing best practices and company expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of electrical construction experience, with direct foreman or lead electrician experience.
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (Master preferred but not required).
- Proven experience leading commercial electrical crews.
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC, jobsite safety, and electrical installation methods.
- Ability to manage crew productivity, sequencing, and coordination with other trades.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
- Ability to read drawings, layout work, and plan daily tasks independently.
