Job Description
The Warehouse Coordinator Sr. is responsible for providing technical and operational mentorship to the team. This includes purchasing equipment, materials, supplies, and services at a minimum cost to be delivered to a specific location by a required date.
The Warehouse Coordinator Sr. tracks inventory and purchase orders, provides a breadth of expertise in more than one administrative process to the warehouse, and provides tools and recommendations to the Inventory Committee for improving inventory metrics.
This role also involves troubleshooting complex problems and processes equipment that is not likely standard to routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Purchasing equipment, materials, supplies, and services at a minimum cost to be delivered to a specific location by a required date.
- Tracking inventory and purchase orders.
- Providing a breadth of expertise in more than one administrative process to the warehouse.
- Providing tools and recommendations to the Inventory Committee for improving inventory metrics.
- Troubleshooting complex problems and processes equipment that is not likely standard to routine maintenance.
Requirements
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience independently supervising the operations of a warehouse location supporting multiple areas.
- Forklift Certification.
- Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.
- Able to independently operate a warehouse location with minimal supervision.
