We are seeking a talented Research & Drafting Attorney to work directly with the firm's partners on our most complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases against corporate entities. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced trial lawyers while developing your litigation skills in high-stakes commercial motor vehicle cases.

What You'll Do:

•   Conduct complex legal research and writing on sophisticated matters

•   Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

•   Help strategize on the firm's largest and most challenging cases

•   Handle depositions, hearings, and comprehensive trial preparation

•   Serve as second chair at trial alongside senior partners

•   Work on cases across multiple venues and jurisdictions

•   Focus primarily on commercial motor vehicle litigation

•   Collaborate with experienced attorneys and learn advanced trial advocacy techniques

•   Support the firm in delivering exceptional results for clients facing life-changing injuries

What We're Looking For:

•   Active license to practice law in Texas (or ability to obtain)

•   Strong legal research and writing capabilities

•   Experience or strong interest in personal injury/tort litigation

•   Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

•   Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in legal documentation

•   Strong oral advocacy and communication skills

•   Ability to handle complex, high-pressure cases with multiple deadlines

•   Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior trial attorneys

•   This is an in-office position at our headquarters in Austin, TX
