What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Pharmacy Technician position at Williams Bros Health Care Pharmacy, Inc?
The Pharmacy Tech Lead will assist in monitoring and directing workflow in compliance of WB policies and procedures to
ensure that all personal, department, division, and corporate goals are achieved. The Pharmacy Tech Lead should be able to
predict and adjust to the ever-changing pharmacy landscape. Direction should be given in an equitable and professional
manner to facilitate accuracy, efficiency, and honesty cultivating an environment promoting WB’s core values: Customer
Service, Teamwork, Dedication, and Respect.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm No weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, required
- Strong ability to prioritize role demands while multitasking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Pharmacy Technician experience, required
Licenses and Certification Requirements: State approved pharmacy technician license, required
