The Work
- Install complete residential HVAC systems (changeouts, split systems, ductwork)
- Lead or assist installs from start to finish
- Ensure clean, code-compliant, high-quality installs
- Work as a team to complete jobs efficiently without cutting corners
- Represent the company professionally on job sites
- Work on a variety of equipment including ACs, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Support and mentor less experienced techs when needed
What We Need
- 3 years HVAC install experience (residential preferred)
- Experience with full system changeouts
- Ability to lead or assist install crews
- Strong work ethic and pride in clean installs
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
Nice to Have:
- Advanced diagnostics experience
- Experience with high-end or complex systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Work in attics, outdoors, and varying temperatures
- Climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Important. Some nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.
