LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
We are looking for an energetic person to join our team. Must be a team player with the ability to work well with others. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, EMR documentation, interview patients, record medical history/medications, escort patients to exam rooms, demonstrate inhalers and perform 6 min walks and any LPN duty. Must maintain and prepare patient files, document patient care and office notes. Assist with prior authorizations and refill requests. The ability to perform and train for allergy testing and treatment. We are a very fast paced office and only the energetic need apply. Great opportunity for a Monday-Thursday job with no weekends and off Fridays and most major holidays. Profit sharing after 12 months, paid vacation after 90 days probation and payroll deduction disability, life and other products.
