We are a small, independent coffee shop in Phoenix looking to add one or two team members.
This is not a “cute coffee shop” type of job. It requires speed, focus, accuracy, and cleanliness in high‑intensity services.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Genuinely likes opening and early mornings.
- Understands what being part of a team means.
- Is punctual: being 10 minutes early is normal, not rare.
- Enjoys high‑intensity but respectful service environments, where we work hard in a tight 6–noon window and then clean and go home.
- Wants to be part of a place that’s growing and constantly innovating.
Details:
- Will train from zero for the right person.
- Typical schedule: 6 am–2:00 pm.
- Hourly pay is $15.15 plus tips.
- Free coffee and staff meal during your shift.
