- Work at Model Home sales office Saturday’s, Sunday’s and 3 days during the week, 10am - 6pm, or by appointment
- Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the process – from pre-sale, to sale, to close, to warranty
- Maintain professional and personal relationships within the Broker community and Developer liaisons
- Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to Sales Counselor
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features Proven aptitude for selling in residential homebuilding environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience/Education
- Two (2) years prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimal travel required; employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
- Employee must have a cell phone with data package
