About the Role:
As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents on weekends. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents on weekends, including medication administration, wound care, and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
