Duties and Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments and document accurately

Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to nursing leadership

Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care

Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Compensation and Schedule

Pay range: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

No-Frills Program option: $3.00/hour in lieu of benefits and PTO

Shift Differentials: Available for evening, night, and weekend shifts
