Spanish-Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Pre-Litigation
Salary Range: $19.00 to $26.00 Hourly

The Spanish-Speaking Legal Assistant/Paralegal will serve as support staff for Attorneys, managing client cases from the initial meeting through resolution, or until judicial relief is required. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with the following responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Communicate information to clients in both English and Spanish
- Draft correspondence and legal documents using firm templates
- Assemble enclosures for legal documents
- Request, receive, and summarize police accident reports, private investigation reports, and medical records
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives
- Aid attorneys with various client-related procedures
- Coordinate pre-settlement funding at the request of clients
Qualifications:
- A college degree is preferred but not required; a combination of education and relevant office experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
