The Role:
- Advising on complex commercial litigation matters across a range of industries
- Handling written and document discovery on sophisticated disputes
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, pleadings and motions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions in high-value cases
- Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
- Supporting all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings
- Working closely with senior attorneys on business-critical litigation matters
The Candidate:
- US-qualified Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2–5 years’ experience
- Background at a comparable law firm with strong litigation exposure
- Experience across multiple stages of the litigation lifecycle
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and technical ability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Highly organized with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work independently and within a high-performing team
