Associate Brand Manager, Glenfiddich and Balvenie

Job Introduction

We have an incredible opening to work across our category leading Single Malt Scotch Whisky portfolio and grow our dynamic portfolio of luxury whiskies. This role supports both Glenfiddich and The Balvenie Single Malt Scotch Whiskies, two trend-setting leaders in luxury whisky. The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in further accelerating the growth of both brands by creating broader reach and connection with consumers.

Main Responsibility

The Associate Brand Manager will support the development of brand programs and drive growth of the brands through excellent marketing execution. The Associate Brand Manager will also lead or support key programs, including but not limited to creative development; PR/influencer/experiential programs; shopper and eCommerce programs; media & social media planning; budget management; and innovation launches. Lastly, the Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs, evaluating strategies, and identifying new opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate brings 3 years of experience at a world-class CPG company or alcohol beverage company, ideally with 1 year in brand management. In addition, our ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of leading projects from strategy to execution to evaluation as well as managing cross functional teams or agencies.
