- Full-time with a four-day week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts)

- Install/integrate mechanical, electrical, navigation, communication, propulsion, and plumbing systems using new components
- Work with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
- Assemble/install steering and control systems and marine hardware
- Read installation instructions; interpret schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams
- Verify that all systems meet safety, performance, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work area
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or systems installation
- Knowledge of engines, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Fluency with blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Comfort working solo or within a small, collaborative team
- High attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform in a physically demanding environment
- Four ten work week: Monday–Thursday with every Friday off
