Join Munson Boats—leaders in high‑performance workboats—as an entry-level team member focused on parts prep, assembly, and learning the basics of welding and fabrication. We’ll train you, and you’ll contribute directly to building custom aluminum boats.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare CNC-cut components for assembly
• Assist with boat assembly and general construction tasks
• Learn and practice basic welding and fabrication techniques
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Strong work ethic; eager to learn a trade
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Collaborative teammate with good communication
• No welding experience required; power tool familiarity is a plus
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or metalwork is beneficial but not required
  
  

Work Environment

• Structured, highly organized shop focused on quality
• 3–4 person crews led by a lead supervisor
• Backlog of over two years of sold projects for steady, year-round work
• State-of-the-art facility with radiant floor heat
  
  

Schedule

• Full-time, long-term career opportunity with advancement
• Four-day workweek: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Every Friday off—three-day weekend each week
