- Tracking of internal / external projects or client opportunities and pulling together the monthly opportunities (pipeline) report.

Oversee / support / perform RFP responses to include:
- Estimating
- Project schedule submittals
- Work with Power Group Director of Operations to develop project plan RFP submittals
- Procurement of materials

Oversee / support / perform project controls to include:
- All Estimating functions
- All scheduling functions
- All project tracking, change management
- All development / issuance / tracking / responses related to project submittals
- Support / track invoice development by Operations department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management and related field experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in heavy civil estimating. A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be considered
- Extensive experience with earthwork and underground is required, PCC paving and concrete knowledge is a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Highly knowledgeable in earthwork, underground drainage, sewer, watermain and general roadway construction.
- Precise attention to details and exceptionally organized
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Must be capable managing time for self and ability to prioritize and schedule efficiently
- Limited travel will be required for pre-bids, site walks, owner meetings, home office, etc.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment with ability to deliver under deadlines
- Proficient in Bid2Win or similar estimating software and exceptional Microsoft Office skills; Primavera P6,
- Bluebeam and AutoCad experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
