We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UiPath Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath Studio development, UiPath Orchestrator, Maestro, and enterprise-scale automation support. This role requires the ability to support and maintain a large automation footprint (100 processes) while simultaneously contributing to new RPA initiatives, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UiPath Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath Studio development, UiPath Orchestrator, Maestro, and enterprise-scale automation support. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio in line with enterprise standards and best practices
- Work extensively with UiPath Orchestrator and Maestro for job scheduling, monitoring, queue management, asset management, credential handling, and agentic orchestration
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize automation performance, and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions
- Implement enhancements and upgrades to existing automations based on business needs and process changes
- Follow RPA governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the automation lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Support automation releases, deployments, and version control activities
- Work on exploring Agentic capabilities within UiPath and contribute to continuous innovation in the intelligent automation space.
- 5 years of hands-on experience working with UiPath RPA
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining large-scale automation environments (100 processes)
- Solid understanding of RPA best practices, framework design, and reusable component development
- Experience with exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and performance optimization
- Experience building SQL queries and stored procedures and using them in UiPath solutions
- Experience integrating UiPath solutions with third-party applications utilizing APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, including production support and new development work
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- UiPath Certification (Automation Developer Professional preferred)
- Exposure to Agentic solutions using UiPath or other technologies
- Experience with enterprise application integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automation governance frameworks
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
