Positions We Are Hiring For
We are currently seeking experienced operators for the following equipment:
- Excavator Operators – Grade work, trenching, mass excavation
- Dozer Operators – Fine grading, cuts/fills, GPS experience a plus
- Roller Operators – Compaction for roadwork, pads, and building sites
- Heavy Haul Truck Drivers – Transporting dirt, stone, and materials safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of assigned equipment
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members to meet production goals
- Follow all company, OSHA, and safety guidelines
- Contribute to high-quality earthwork and site preparation for large-scale projects
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating excavators, dozers, rollers, or heavy haul trucks
- Understanding of grade stakes, site plans, and safe equipment operation
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license; transportation to get to the job site and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
