Duties

• Scoop and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, including food handling and kitchen surfaces.
• Operate POS system for processing transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Assist customers with selections, upselling additional items like toppings or specialty desserts to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision
• Keep the work environment organized by cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including preparing cones, cups, and other dessert accompaniments.
