Pay range and compensation package: $110,000-$125,000 Bonus Benefits Relocation assistance
About the Role: The successful Manufacturing Manager will ideally have print-related expertise for folding carton applications, with a broad knowledge across platforms (not limited to a single press type).
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure all press operations meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate daily plant activities to achieve manufacturing goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Support and promote a LEAN manufacturing culture, ensuring products meet quality, reliability, and cost requirements.
- Maintain and reinforce high standards of safety, customer service, print quality, on time production, and on time delivery.
- Monitor and control waste to manage production costs and reduce environmental impact.
- Review production costs, quality results, and workflow efficiency; implement improvements to enhance profitability.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels across all stakeholder groups to support strong collaboration and consistent results.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support department goals, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
- Provide coaching, development, and performance management for all press department team members.
Qualifications:
- Print related technical expertise for folding carton applications, with broad knowledge across platforms (not limited to a single press type).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; or 7-10 years of related experience in Lithography and/or Flexography; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Folding carton industry experience – highly desirable.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the USA.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
