This role works directly with Navy stakeholders on ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)10–15 years supporting DoD programs/projectsExperience in program management, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, risk, or performance reporting10 years in engineering or technical rolesResponsibilities:Provide on-site support to PMS 321 as an HM&E Hull ManagerSupport ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planningCoordinate with fleet, engineering, and maintenance organizationsAssist with engineering reviews, ship checks, and investigationsTrack ship issues and support technical resolutionsPrepare briefings, reports, and executive summariesSupport work-package closeout and end-of-availability activities
