What You Will Do?
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
- Plumbing install experience
- Have a valid Plumbing License
- Physical dexterity
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines
- Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems such as water softeners, filtration units, and reverse osmosis systems
- Provide recommendations for water treatment solutions based on customer needs and water quality analysis
- Work and maintain a relationship with customers to determine the best solution
- Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
- Charge and collect payments for work performed
- Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
- Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
What You Need:
- A licensed Tradesman or higher
- To be technically proficient with a minimum of 1 years of experience as a service plumber
- To have water treatment experience
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
- Good communication and listening skills
- Experience with plumbing products (T&S, Sloan, etc.)
- Sewer and drain cleaning experience
- Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
- Customer-oriented; works well with customers
- Open to learning new techniques and working with new plumbing technologies
