Pay: According to Union Scale- RRT $34.14- $51.97, CRT $29.96- $45.60
Position eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & 403b retirement plan- EOE, DOE
NORMAL WORKING DAYS/HOURS: 3 Days/Week, 10-hour shifts – Varying
The Respiratory Therapist will work in a variety of settings to evaluate, treat, and manage patients of all ages with respiratory illnesses and other cardiopulmonary disorders. The Respiratory Therapist participates in clinical decision-making and patient education, develops and implements respiratory care plans, applies patient-driven protocols, utilized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, and participates in health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management. The Respiratory Therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the respiratory care of patients.
Qualifications:- Graduate of accredited school of respiratory therapy with NBRC credentialing
- Must have a Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner Certificate
- Be proficient in and maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Must be able to operate computer system with good keyboarding skills.
