Position: RN Unit Manager
Pay Range: Starting at $47.00/HR
Location: Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson St., Raymond, WA 98577

What you will do:
- Create and distribute daily work assignments to staff
- Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following the facility policy and procedures - redirecting or educating as necessary
- Participate in training programs and assist with new staff orientation
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents
- Process/assist with all new admission orders
Must have:
- Current RN license without any enforcement action against it
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
- BLS Certified
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
