Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 DOE

What you will do:
- Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
- Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention
- Primary staff development/educator
- Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
- Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
- Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
- Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have:
- Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against it
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred
