About the Role
Willamette Valley Transport is hiring EMT‑Basics to join our Non‑Emergent BLS Ambulance team serving Clackamas and Multnomah Counties. This role offers hands‑on patient care experience, opportunities to serve as PIC, and skill development that supports advancement into 911 systems or higher EMS licensure.

Responsibilities
- Provide BLS‑level patient care and non‑emergent transport following state, county, and company protocols
- Operate and drive an ambulance safely; maintain 5 years of driving history
- Maintain communication with Dispatch throughout transport
- Complete daily vehicle checks, restock supplies, and ensure equipment readiness
- Document patient care accurately in ePCR before going off duty
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold ethical, courteous conduct
- Attend required trainings and maintain all certifications
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and the ability to navigate efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon EMT‑Basic
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with 5 years of driving history in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to relocate to Clackamas, OR 97015 before starting work
Compensation
- $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)
