Risk Assessment and Control Testing Specialist
At Willamette Valley Bank, we’re seeking a Risk Assessment and Control Testing Specialist known for precision and proactive risk management to strengthen our compliance framework. Responsibilities include identifying risks and controls, assessing residual risk, testing controls, reporting exposures, and assisting with audits in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Build and maintain Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Conduct control testing for design, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Develop testing plans and determine appropriate frequency
- Identify gaps or limitations within processes and systems
- Create findings to address risk/control ineffectiveness, gaps, or process failures
- Establish and maintain reporting standards for risk and control activities

Qualifications
- Proven experience with RCSAs and control testing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
