Position Summary:

The Medication Monitor is responsible for implementing procedures for monitoring client self-administration of medications, inventory, and maintaining/ordering residents' prescriptions. We are looking for a candidate with a great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and solid prior experience dispensing medications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong at multi-tasking, and dedicated to high-quality patient care.


This position is located in our Women's Residential facility.

Position currently hiring for:

Full-time: 

Swing 2 PM- 10 PM

Graveyard 10 PM - 6 AM


Part-time: 

Swing 2 PM- 10 PM

Weekend only 6am-2pm


Compensation: Starts at $17.85/Hr. Depending on certification and experience level

Requirements

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

  • H.S. Completion or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in one of the following: handling medications, Pharmacy services, CNA, EMT, or Medical Assisting.
  • Proficient with technology
  • Current CPR certification or ability to quickly certify through the agency.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Valid Oregon Driver's License and Clean 3-year driving history


Employment Requirements: 

  • This role requires the Medication Monitor to be available on-site; Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute. 
  • Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer) 
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer) 
  • Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest.
