Position Summary
The Hourly Sales Representative is responsible for assisting with facilitating targeted enrollment activities, which helps increase membership.
Essential Position Functions
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing preferred, some of which should be in enrollment and attending benefit fairs. Must have a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington and/or Idaho and possess an acceptable driving record. Experience in healthcare or insurance field preferred.
Licenses
Must have a State insurance license in good standing in Oregon, or must obtain the license within 60 days of hire
Expected hourly hiring range for this position depending on experience:: $28.54 USD - $42.81 USD
Compensation
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

- Assist at meetings and presentations offered by Willamette Dental to current and prospective members and respond to questions as needed.
- Facilitate open enrollment activities by representing Willamette Dental, transporting materials and promotional items.
