What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Will's Plumbing and Testing Service?
Here at Will's Plumbing & Testing Service we are looking for customer service oriented professionals to dispatch, and perform administrative assistant work. You must have excellent customer service, documentation and typing skills with a desire to be the best! You will also need to expand your skill set to incorporate: Micro-Soft Office, Word, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Excel, etc.
Full Time Position Available is for 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday with an On-Call Rotation for taking emergency plumbing calls after-hours from your home office. For after-hours dispatch you will be supplied with a work cell phone for use after-hours to answer incoming calls. Employee will need to have internet capabilities from home and a reliable computer and/or laptop .
NOTE: During your first week of training your schedule will be 7:30am - 4:30pm. Then you will take over your hired shift of 8am to 5pm.
Minimum requirements are: High School Diploma or GED, Current Texas Driver License, Social Security Card, Pass a background check & drug screen.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
