As our Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist, you’ll be the first friendly face people meet and a key part of creating a welcoming, energetic environment that keeps our members inspired.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, believes in the power of fitness, and wants to grow long-term within a tight-knit team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help shape every member’s experience by:

  • Welcoming new leads and listening to their needs to guide them toward the right membership or personal training options
  • Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere for members, guests, and prospective clients
  • Managing member check-ins, account updates, and front desk operations
  • Handling sales transactions for merchandise and supplements
  • Keeping our facility clean, organized, and inviting
  • Building strong, supportive relationships with members to help them succeed
  • Demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and professionalism in daily tasks
  • Selling gym products, services, and memberships with confidence and care

  • Strong customer service skills paired with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic

  • Confidence in navigating conversations and overcoming objections
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • A willingness to learn our products and services to sell them effectively

Hours & Growth Opportunities

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full time
  • Location: In-person
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year customer service (Required)
  • Shift Availability:
  • Day shift 6am to 1pm
  • Night shift 3pm to 9pm
  • Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to Hillsboro, OR 97124

Pay: $16.30 per hour
