What You’ll Do
You’ll help shape every member’s experience by:
- Welcoming new leads and listening to their needs to guide them toward the right membership or personal training options
- Creating a positive, upbeat atmosphere for members, guests, and prospective clients
- Managing member check-ins, account updates, and front desk operations
- Handling sales transactions for merchandise and supplements
- Keeping our facility clean, organized, and inviting
- Building strong, supportive relationships with members to help them succeed
- Demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and professionalism in daily tasks
- Selling gym products, services, and memberships with confidence and care
What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
