Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring Lathe Machinists for their 1st shift! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

- Setting up and operating CNC Machines based on technical drawings and work orders
- Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements and document measurements on inspection documents
- Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily
- Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.
Skills & Experience
- CNC machining experience preferably with a CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets
- Defense and Aerospace Industry experience preferred
- AS9100 Experience a plus
- Ability to read GD&T codes
- Ability to use all measuring tools
