Job Summary
Provides programmatic leadership, strategy development, and implementation of community-wide substance use prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and licensed as a Licensed Practitioner of Health Arts (LPHA), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP).
Credentialed as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CAADC) by the Illinois Certification Board, Inc.
Five (5) years of experience in a clinical setting and have knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5 (DSM-5), the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and application of evidence-based clinical skills for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment of both the Child & Adolescent and adult populations.
Three (3) years of previous management experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance. Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.

Pay: $66,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
