Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDL Driver role based in Waco, TX. The CDL Driver will be responsible for safely operating company trucks to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites in the Central Texas area. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring timely deliveries that support crane operations. The role also requires adherence to all company safety procedures, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and documentation requirements such as logs and inspection reports. The CDL Driver will collaborate with dispatchers, crane operators, and project teams to support smooth and efficient job site operations.

Qualifications

- Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality in all driving and job site activities.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift or move moderate to heavy equipment as needed.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial services, or crane operations is a plus.
