This role is responsible for assisting in the training and coaching of all employees on how the rewards / gift card program works and how it should be included in day-to-day operations to increase customer loyalty.

The Branding & Rewards Specialist is responsible for the Rewards KPI dashboard and maintaining the gift card program

Reminding Customers of our Offerings to Increase Return Visits & in Store Sales

Partnering with Travel Center marketing team for social media marketing to stay top of mind with our customers and gain new customers to align with goals and results defined in the marketing plan.

This role is responsible for GSTV to produce reminders of why our fuel customers should be our inside customer. As well as remind of our fuel rewards programs and gift card programs.

This role is responsible in collaborating with inside collateral pieces through both print and digital means to remind customers of our offerings and promoting upcoming campaigns and events.
Community Networking to Build Relationships

This role is responsible for collaborating with Travel Center marketing partners to gain value in marketing dollars spent while maintaining media purchasing to align with marketing plan and budget.

This role collaborates with the Travel Center leadership team to partner with vendors in events through event planning and implementation.

This role will maintain community involvement to promote fundraising for the purpose of increasing the rewards programs.

Assist the Travel Center marketing team in implementation, proofing, and scheduling. Keep the team up to date on deadlines, goals with result metrics, and overall status of the action items of the marketing plan identified

Assist the team in research, design, communications, and result tracking when identified by the team to meet deadlines and goals

Assist the Travel Center leadership team in projects as needed. Attend corporate team meetings by phone, zoom, or in person as requested to assist in the overall goals of the organization

Communicate status and needs as they arise to progress
