Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a field survey crew
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction stakeout surveys
- Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors
- Interpret plans, field notes, and legal descriptions
- Ensure accuracy of survey data collected in the field
- Train junior crew members
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles
- Complete field documentation and timesheets
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of field surveying experience
- Experience leading or assisting survey crews
- Ability to read construction drawings and survey plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
