About the Role
As our Customer Happiness Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat and public face of client satisfaction. You’ll:
- Build relationships with clients to reduce churn and create long-term loyalty
- Solve problems proactively, turning complaints into wow experiences
- Track client engagement and cleaner performance reports
- Drive positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business
- Lead weekly cleaner meetings, celebrate wins, and inspire the team
- Organize 3–12 client appreciation events per year, including budget planning
- Represent the company professionally and positively in every interaction
- Be a visible face of Wilkins Refresh Cleaning across social media, client meetings, and team events, showcasing our culture, professionalism, and energy
Time investment: 5–7 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote)
