Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and high-voltage systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, multimeters such as ammeters and ohmmeters, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly.
- Operate various tools including precision measuring instruments and welding equipment for fabrication and repair tasks.
- Use field service skills to troubleshoot on-site issues efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct safety inspections using schematics and technical manuals to uphold compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, welding , and mechanical systems essential for comprehensive maintenance tasks.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing complex machinery issues swiftly.
- Strong customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors during field service activities.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Military background or experience is considered a plus due to discipline and technical training background.
