We’re looking for a customer-focused Enterprise Sales Director who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and efficient leader with a proven track record of driving team performance and exceeding revenue goals. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to streamline operations, enhance team productivity, and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities :

As Enterprise Sales Director, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you will lead and expand a high-performing team of Sales Hunters focused on generating new revenue. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Recruiting and Developing Talent : Build, mentor, and optimize a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring their success in driving sales engagements.
  • Crafting Effective Messaging : Refine customer communication strategies to clearly articulate WiLine’s value proposition to prospects and clients.
  • Leveraging Technology : Utilize and enhance our cutting-edge go-to-market tech stack, including HubSpot Sales Pro, ZoomInfo, CoStar, and WiLine’s proprietary Operations Administration and Management platform.
  • Driving Performance Metrics : Establish performance metrics, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Managing Prospecting Efforts : Oversee outbound prospecting activities and evaluate the efficiency of sales and marketing programs.
  • Aligning with Leadership : Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing, and drive the creation and management of impactful campaigns.
  • Optimizing Processes : Identify opportunities to enhance processes, boost productivity, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Fostering a Winning Culture : Cultivate a fun, high-energy workplace where team members feel motivated and excited to contribute every day.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Enterprise Sales Director role will bring the following qualifications and skills :

  • Proven Leadership Experience : 5 years of B2B sales management experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota (100% achievement).
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in managing enterprise sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-Starter Mentality : A proactive, results-driven leader with a history of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Sales Enablement Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively inspire teams and engage clients.
  • Technical Acumen : Comfort with leveraging technology and analytics to drive sales strategy and team performance.

    WiLine has excelled with a remote work model, and we’re open to candidates based in various locations as our team grows. However, this position requires availability during standard business hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.
