Part-Time Dental Receptionist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment while managing various clerical tasks.

Days/Hours:

Monday - 7:30 -5:00

Wednesday - 7:30 - 5:00

Friday - 7:30 -3:00

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
• Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Process patient records and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct insurance verification and assist with dental billing processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist preferred.
• Familiarity Eaglesoft is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and scheduling.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be reliable
