About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of facility equipment and infrastructure across various sites in the United States. This position is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The Maintenance Technician collaborates closely with other team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and implement preventive maintenance programs that extend the lifespan of equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or related fields.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.

Responsibilities:
