About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll be a main point of contact—greeting walk-in clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting with both sales and service needs. Accuracy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others are essential in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and claims
- Support agents in growing and maintaining accounts
- Learn about our full range of insurance products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen your knowledge of insurance laws, coverage options, and best practices
- Process client payments accurately and securely, ensuring proper documentation and account updates

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
Base pay depends on experience and knowledge of the insurance industry.
