Wiley’s Plumbing & Heating is a locally owned and family-operated Plumbing and HVAC company proudly serving residential and light commercial customers. From routine service work to custom home construction projects, we’ve built our reputation on dependable service, integrity, and high-quality workmanship.
We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to become part of our expanding team.
Position Summary
The HVAC Installer will be responsible for completing residential and light commercial HVAC installations and retrofit projects while maintaining company quality standards and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a full-time position offering consistent year-round work and opportunities for growth within the company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems with limited supervision
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system operation and maintenance
- Complete installation paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Inform customers about maintenance plans and proper system care
- Collect payment for C.O.D. jobs when necessary
- Assist other team members and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean/insurable driving history
- EPA Certification required
- Must provide standard HVAC installation tools
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Low-voltage wiring
- Duct installation and modification
- Refrigeration systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to attend continued training and professional development programs
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC trade school certification
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within first 30 days of employment
