The ideal candidate combines hands-on experience in building and optimizing data pipelines with the curiosity and rigor of a data analyst or scientist. This role will focus on transforming raw data into actionable intelligence by designing scalable data solutions, performing deep analyses, and contributing to data-driven strategy across the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): All lawful directives of your supervisor or a member of Company management.Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data FactoryDevelop and enhance dashboards and reports in Power BI and SSRS to support data-driven decision-makingConduct data exploration and analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomaliesManage and optimize data within SQL Server (on-prem and Azure) to ensure performance and reliabilityPartner with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and insightsContribute to data architecture improvements and best practices for data governance and qualityDocument data flows, logic, and processes for transparency and reproducibilityRequired Skills High-level SQL skills for querying, optimization, and data modelingProven experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory for ETL development and orchestrationProficiency in Power BI for visualization and data modelingStrong understanding of data transformation and cleansing principlesAnalytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasetsExcellent communication skills — able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholdersDemonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in data science, analytics, and AI technologiesQUALIFICATIONS:5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related rolesExposure to data science concepts such as predictive modeling, feature engineering, or machine learningExperience with Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, or model developmentKnowledge of SSRS report design and publishingFamiliarity with Azure analytics ecosystem (e.g., Synapse, Databricks, Machine Learning Studio)Ability to work independently on research or proof-of-concept projectsUnderstanding of data storytelling and visualization best practicesThis job description is subject to change from time to time at the Company’s discretion.As a direct marketing company, there are times when client deadlines dictate additional work hours.
