Pay Range: $18.75-$24.30/hr based on verifiable direct care experience
This pay range reflects 20 years of experience/education

Requirements:
Education/Experience/Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid NYS license and clean driving record.
- Computer Skills: able to use email; google suite; database systems

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a direct support professional to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Dayhab program site and community based setting.
Summary:
Our Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.
Successful candidates will have:
- The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive and encouraging way.
- A professional manner, patience, empathy and possess a strong desire to help others.
- An interest in taking an active role in by introducing individuals to community based and site-based activities that inspire growth.
Days & Hours:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00PM
Other Requirements

A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.

Daily access to a vehicle.

Ability to pass SCIP/CPR

Ability to Lift 50 lbs
